Trainera House is an exceptional residence located in the paradisiacal landscapes of Nosara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. This luxurious property redefines the concept of luxury living by seamlessly blending nature and sustainable architectural design. In collaboration with renowned architectural firm Studio Saxe, we have created a harmonious environment that integrates with the natural beauty of the surroundings. By prioritizing the principles of bioclimatic design, we have set a new standard for sustainable luxury while maintaining environmental awareness and respect for the surrounding ecosystem.
The design of Raintree House is the result of a visionary collaboration between our architectural team and Studio Saxe. One of the highlights is the stunning main pool, meticulously designed by the Bio-Tile Group team. With its elegant and serene design, the infinity pool offers captivating ocean views and blends seamlessly with the horizon. Thoughtful details, such as the natural Indian Silver Grey stone tile 10 x 10 and Indonesian volcanic stone tiles Lava Stone 20x10, enhance the beauty of the surroundings and create an oasis of relaxation. The implementation of water catchment and recycling systems in the pool shows our commitment to sustainability and the unique sensory experience we provide.
The choice of materials plays a key role in the design and sustainability of Raintree House. The exterior walls of the main house and secondary guest house are clad in Kebony wood, a sustainable material that has undergone a unique treatment to enhance its durability and resistance to the elements. The natural, warm aesthetic of Kebony wood harmoniously complements the surrounding landscape and adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. In addition, the meticulous selection and use of high-quality materials and installation tools ensure the perfect realization of Raintree House's extraordinary features.
At Raintree House, sustainability is a priority in all aspects of design and construction. From the use of bioclimatic design techniques that integrate with the rainforest to the implementation of water catchment and recycling systems in the main pool, we strive to minimize environmental impact and coexist harmoniously with the natural surroundings. The choice of Kebony wood as the exterior wall material reflects our commitment to sustainability by utilizing a renewable and environmentally friendly resource. At Raintree House, luxury and sustainability merge to create a living environment that is harmonious and responsible with nature.
